We are currently seeking experienced Secondary Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming and supportive secondary schools in the Stafford area. These roles are suitable for confident, proactive individuals who are passionate about supporting young people in their education. The Role: Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in and out of the classroom Working with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and learning activities Providing one-to-one or small group support where required Supporting students with additional learning needs and promoting positive behaviour Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff A flexible, reliable, and professional approach An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Requirements To be considered for the role of a Secondary TA you will: Experience working with children or young people (schools, coaching, camps, clubs) Confident managing groups and classroom behaviour Ability to work one to one or small groups An interest in progressing within education or teacher training Hold or willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
