Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality vehicle servicing, MOTs and repairs in line with company standards.
* Communicate clearly with customers, explain work required and pricing, and deliver exceptional customer care.
* Work within our ethos of transparent pricing, quality service and convenience for our customers.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact to vehicle handover.
Requirements
* Required Criteria: Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Automotive service experience of 2 years (minimum)
