We are expanding our capabilities at London Luton Airport with the opening of an additional hangar facility to support easyJet’s continued growth in the UK. As a B1 Licensed Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our growing fleet, which includes the latest generation NEO aircraft and the A321.
What you’ll be doing
* Carry out all scheduled maintenance tasks as assigned by the Duty Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor in line with approved documentation.
* Use your technical expertise and hands‑on skills to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
* Accurately use aircraft maintenance documentation and computer‑based reporting systems.
* Supervise small teams when required by the operation.
* Ensure all activities meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
What you’ll need to bring
* UK Part 66 B1 license and relevant aircraft authorisation.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation.
* Ideally, 3+ years’ experience in a line maintenance environment.
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team at all levels.
* Flexibility to meet operational needs and a proactive attitude toward change and improvement.
* Sound working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.

Location & Hours
This role is a full time permanent role based at London Luton Airport working 10.75-hour shifts, permanent Nights. Shift pattern will 5’s & 4’s on a 28-day rotating roster. Flexibility is essential to meet operational requirements. Occasional travel may be required to easyJet’s headquarters or other locations within our network.
