Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team across Belfast. We are working with a range of services supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements .

What youll be doing As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in improving the lives of the people you support. Duties include:
Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
Supporting individuals with daily living activities (meal prep, personal care, routines)
Promoting independence and choice
Assisting with community access and social activities
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Pay & Benefits £13.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on shift & experience)
Flexible shifts days, nights, weekends available
Work available across Belfast and surrounding areas
Ongoing work with the potential for long-term placements
Full training and induction provided
24/7 support from our dedicated team
Weekly pay
What were looking for Minimum 36 months experience in a care/support role (preferred but not essential)
A caring, reliable and professional attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to complete an Access NI check (we can assist)
