The Role

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external design team models on pre-construction projects
Develop and implement BIM processes within the design team and company
Ensure projects follow BIM standards and procedures
Manage clash detection workshops and ensure model compliance
Maintain and model in line with company standards
Manage the project data environment
Produce and implement BIM documents, including BEPs
Assist with tenders and sales enquiries
Promote new technologies and practices
Aim to achieve and maintain BIM Level 2 status
Manage Revit family library
The Person
The ideal candidate will have strong Revit skills, experience with BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Tekla), and background in healthcare or architectural/construction environments. Key qualities include:
Experience with a common data environment and BIM coordination
Advanced Revit skills
Experience with other BIM tools advantageous
Background in architectural, building services, or structural design
