We are seeking an experienced Mechanical / Plumbing Snagging Supervisor or Foreman to join our team on a high-spec commercial office project in the Maidenhead area.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate snagging works across mechanical and plumbing packages
* Record and photograph all snagging items clearly for tracking and reporting
* Maintain accurate snagging logs and update digital snagging platforms where required
* Manage on-site operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
* Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet project standards
* Liaise with site management, project managers, and client representatives
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures
* Produce daily / weekly progress reports
Requirements
* Valid Skill Card (CSCS or equivalent)
* SSSTS certification
* Strong background in mechanical and plumbing snagging on commercial projects
* Proficient in using digital tools for snagging and photo documentation
* Ability to read drawings and work independently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
