Fleet & Compliance Assistant
Location: Maidenhead
Reporting to: Fleet & Compliance Manager
Are you practical, organised, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes?
We're looking for a Fleet & Compliance Assistant to join our busy catering & refrigeration company. This role is key to supporting our Technicians and Fleet Manager by keeping our stores, vehicles, and equipment in top condition.
What you'll be doing:
Keeping the stores area, stock, and car park clean, tidy, and well-organised.
* Helping manage stock, tools, and equipment for the team.
* Coordinating calibration of equipment to keep our Technicians fully compliant.
* Supporting the Fleet Manager with all things vehicle-related, including checks, servicing, MOTs, and general upkeep.
* Liaising with suppliers and service providers when needed.
What we're looking for:
* Someone hands-on, organised, and reliable
* A team player who takes pride in keeping things in order
* Good communicator with basic IT skills
* Previous experience in stores, fleet, or logistics support would be desirable
* A full driving licence would be useful but not essential
* Someone improvements focused
