Role
We’re currently recruiting a Client Success Manager to join our newly formed Client Services team, based in either our Nottingham or Dublin office.
Responsibilities
This new function plays a key role in strengthening relationships with our partners. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining close working relationships with clients and underwriters—gaining a clear understanding of operational challenges and coordinating across internal teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
To succeed, you’ll bring
* Experience in a similar role within financial services, ideally involving third‑party relationship management
* A structured, project‑management‑driven approach to resolving operational issues
* The confidence to collaborate, influence, and negotiate at all levels of the organisation
* Strong resilience and the ability to coach and guide others
* Knowledge of delegated authority practices (advantageous but not essential)
