Job Title: Programme Manager - Hair & Beauty Salary: Salary commencing at £38,651 with progression to £42,223 per yearClosing Date: 2025-07-27About the Role We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic P rogramme Manager for Hair and Beauty with a specialist background in Barbering or Beauty therapies to lead and manage our curriculum delivery in this exciting area. You will play a key role in driving curriculum development, quality improvement, learner outcomes, and progression pathways across Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, and Barbering programmes. As Programme Manager, you will oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of courses, working closely with teaching staff to ensure high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. You will also support the development of industry-relevant skills, employer partnerships, and enrichment opportunities for learners.
