Job Description
Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with engineering and consultancy goals
Oversee the implementation of BIM platforms, project collaboration tools, and cloud-based documentation systems.
Redesign inefficient manual processes
Ensure the secure handling of sensitive project data and manage compliance with industry standards such as ISO 19650.
Train staff and promote the adoption of new technologies across disciplines to guarantee digital tools meet practical needs.
Skills / Qualifications
Proven experience in digital transformation within the engineering and construction sector
Strong understanding of BIM, CAD, and project collaboration platforms, including software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Track record in successfully leading and managing all aspects of project digital delivery
Familiarity with building services workflows and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in internal stakeholder-facing skills, encompassing excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
