Job Description
Deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute, within collegiate ethos, to the professional life of the school in relation to pupils, staff, and appropriate external bodies within the agreements of the Local Negotiating Committee for Teachers and the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This is a fixed-term post until 02/07/2026.

Requirements
This post involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo an update check. If you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. Employment is contingent on satisfactory pre-employment checks.
Salary will be in accordance with SNCT agreements. Applicants must be or be eligible to be fully GTC Scotland registered. If qualified outside Scotland, please visit GTCS - Qualified Outside Scotland for registration information.
