TVC Parts Ltd is an all makes parts supplier to the commercial/automotive industry, we carry a large range of component parts for Trucks, Vans and Cars.
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Parts Sales Advisor at our premises in Portadown. You will need excellent customer service skills as you will be working with customers both face to face and over the telephone. Being organised and able to work under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail are also pre-requisites for this role. Key responsibilities:
· Identify and supply correct parts to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers
· Use MAM Software (Autopart or similar) to process orders, check stock and manage inventory
· Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues
· Maintain accurate records of sales and orders
· Ensure excellent customer service at every point of contact
· Assist with stock control, goods in/out, and maintaining parts displays
Candidates must have the following attributes:
1. Previous experience in a vehicle parts advisor or similar role.
2. Proficient in using MAM Software (e.g., Autopart, Trader).
3. Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
6. Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
