The Role: Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions (1:1 or small groups) Support students with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and other complex needs Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets Build positive, supportive relationships to help students achieve both academically and personally Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals where required The Ideal Candidate: Significant experience working with children or young people with SEN Strong behaviour management skills Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach QTS is desirable but not essential Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Ability to travel within Romford and nearby areas What We Offer: Competitive pay of £25-£30 per hour Flexible working hours to suit your availability Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your local community If you are passionate about supporting students with additional needs and have the experience to thrive in this role, we would love to hear from you.
