As an Accounts and Advisory Senior Manager, you will operate at the intersection of leadership, client advisory, and operational delivery.

Your new role
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Relationship Management
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor
2. Lead client meetings, building strong, long‑term relationships
3. Understand client business challenges and proactively provide tailored solutions
4. Identify opportunities to add value and support business development
Technical & Advisory Excellence
5. Ensure delivery of high‑quality,pliant financial outputs across all engagements
6. Provide strategic advice on financial, regulatory, and operational matters
7. Collaborate across service lines onplex client issues
8. Lead on emerging technical developments and client impact
Team Leadership & Development
9. Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams
10. Ensure team capability through training, coaching, and development planning
11. Drive a positive team culture with a strong focus on collaboration and inclusion
Operational & Business Impact
12. Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring delivery to time and budget
13. Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation
14. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
15. Contribute to wider business strategy and growth initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
16. ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
17. Strong experience managing client portfolios within practice
18. Proven leadership and team management skills
19. Excellent stakeholder engagement andmunication ability
20. Strong technical knowledge with attention to detail and quality
