SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' educational experience Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in SEN teaching Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and SEN support strategies Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding SEN education Strong organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience using assistive technology in teaching Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work closely with students, parents, and educational staff Potential travel within the Greater London area All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
