We’re seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead a busy sales team for a well-established manufacturing company in East London. You’ll inspire your team to exceed targets, improve processes, and deliver exceptional customer service — while providing strong administrative support to the wider Sales division.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver first-class customer service.
* Ensure KPIs are met and processes are followed across departments.
* Drive improvements to policies, systems, and procedures.
* Coach and train sales coordinators, monitoring performance and attendance.
* Collaborate with the Sales Director and key stakeholders to meet business goals.
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years in a similar role (manufacturing/engineering preferred).
* Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
* Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Skilled in stakeholder management, building productive relationships with internal and external partners to align objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
