ROLE: Executive Assistant - 12 month FTC (Maternity cover)\n\nSALARY: £50,000 - £55,000\n\nLOCATION: Shoreditch, London\n\nA dynamic and design-led architecture practice with global studios is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Founder & CEO. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while also contributing to the cultural and operational rhythm of a vibrant creative environment.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling executive assistance, business development coordination, and personal support duties with confidence and discretion.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide high-level EA support to the CEO, including diary, travel, and inbox management\nPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and take minutes across key strategy and sales meetings\nAct as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients\nCoordinate the CEO's involvement in conferences, events, and business development activities\nMaintain contact databases, track meeting actions, and manage key timelines\nAssist with marketing and communications projects alongside the Head of Marketing\nEnsure the CEO is fully briefed and punctual for all engagements\nHandle the CEO's monthly expenses and liaise with the Finance team\nManage sensitive personal tasks for the CEO and his family (e.g., travel, household admin, gifts, bills) \n\nWhat You'll Need:\n\nAt least 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally supporting a CEO or Founder\nExperience working in architecture, design, or property sectors is desirable but not essential\nStrong multitasking, time management, and communication skills\nResourceful, self-motivated, and calm under pressure\nAble to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism\nConfident using Microsoft Office and comfortable managing digital filing and databasesHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\n\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
