🧭 About the Role
As Head of Commercial Operations, you’ll play a central role in driving alignment across key business functions—including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Working closely with senior leadership, this role is designed to ensure commercial initiatives are executed with precision and impact. You’ll be instrumental in shaping operational rhythms, surfacing insights, and enabling cross-functional collaboration.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
* Prepare executive-level communications, including board updates and strategic reports
* Drive coordination and execution of cross-functional commercial initiatives
* Partner with senior commercial leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
* Establish and maintain cadence planning across departments
* Monitor performance metrics and support reporting across key business areas
* Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement efforts
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of commercial functions and how they interconnect
* You will come ideally from a consultancy background, with experience of dealing with a broad range of clients and scenarios
* Proficiency with business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, project management platforms)
* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex environments
* Exceptional communication, analytical, and organisational skills
* Proven experience (5+ years) in a strategic operations, commercial planning, or chief-of-staff-style role
