Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in supporting our mission to provide outstanding hospitality. - Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression and creating an inclusive atmosphere Serve food and beverages to guests with maximum efficiency, speed and attentiveness throughout service periods - Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation across all dining areas, furniture and tableware - Prepare and present hospitality offerings in designated spaces in an organised and visually appealing manner - Operate till systems and process payments accurately and securely - Work autonomously and take initiative in identifying and addressing guest needs without requiring direction Manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining composure and delivering service under pressure - Assist with stock management, ordering and receipt of deliveries as required - Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations, particularly regarding the service of alcoholic beverages - Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills - Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, management and colleagues to deliver coordinated, flawless service - Leave hospitality areas clean, organised and ready for subsequent service or events
