Your duties will be as follows: · Responsible for sorting, coding, and posting of sales and purchase invoices · Ensuring invoice queries are dealt with efficiently · Reconciling supplier statements and following up on discrepancies · Preparing weekly payment runs · Managing daily bank reconciliations · Maintaining and updating the cash book · Reconciling cash book entries with bank statements · Processing weekly payroll and collating data · Preparing and submitting VAT returns You will have worked in a similar role and be AAT part or fully qualified or qualified by experience.
