Job Title: Assembly Technician Location: Southampton, UK The Opportunity: Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced electric propulsion and smart marine systems, operating at the forefront of the transition away from combustion power. Its technology is deployed across commercial, defence, leisure and autonomous vessels, with global demand accelerating as the marine industry shifts toward cleaner, higher performance solutions. With production volumes increasing and new systems entering service, this role is critical to ensuring consistent build quality, efficient assembly processes and the successful scaling of manufacturing capability. The Assembly Technician will play a hands-on role in delivering high-performance products while contributing to the evolution of production methods and standards.
