Customer Service Advisor

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Advisor to join our Warrington team and help keep things running smoothly.
Your Role:
You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand guiding our customers after they’ve made a claim with their insurer – keeping them updated, answering questions, and getting them booked in for repairs.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for customers post-claim
* Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Schedule repairs and arrange courtesy cars
* Provide updates on repair progress and timelines
* Keep systems accurate and up to date
* Spot and flag any concerns early to keep things on track
What You’ll Need:
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence using digital systems and multitasking
* A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
Bonus points if you’ve worked in motor insurance, call centres, or customer service roles before – but it’s not a deal-breaker!
