Job Title: 3rd Line IT Helpdesk Engineer
Reports to: IT Helpdesk Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Do
* Be the go‑to guru for resolving high‑level IT challenges escalated from 1st and 2nd line support.
* Manage and maintain our Windows Server 2016 domain and beyond.
* Administer and support Linux‑based systems.
* Participate and lead groundbreaking IT projects, including significant infrastructure upgrades and introduce new tech.
* Oversee key systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, our CRM, and more.
What Makes You Shine
* Proven expertise in senior IT support or infrastructure roles.
* Mastery of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
* Experience with Linux Server Management.
* Networking fundamentals and Microsoft Exchange proficiency.
