The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a pivotal role within the business, ensuring the smooth running of internal accounts and supporting the finance function. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of the company accounts, including budgeting, cashflow management, month‑end and management accounts. Processing and oversight of sales and purchase invoices, VAT returns, payroll and year‑end accounts. Supporting the Assistant Finance Manager with property management accounts. Managing all service charge accounts for our property management portfolio. Building strong working relationships with homeowners, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams. Assisting with property‑related queries as they arise. Providing team cover and completing ad‑hoc tasks or projects where required. What We’re Looking For Essential AAT Level 4 (minimum). Strong experience as a Finance/Accounts Manager with the ability to quickly understand systems and processes. Proficient in Sage 50. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors. Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing your own workload. Strong communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach. Confident working with MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Desirable Experience preparing property management accounts.
