Offer description

Overview

KTP Associate – Veterinary Quality Improvement Development Lead (FTC) – University of Nottingham. We invite applications for a self-starting individual to drive an exciting partnership to identify, develop and implement an evidence-based quality improvement (QI) model for application into the veterinary sector, initially in farm practice but developing more widely.

QI is now widely adopted in human healthcare settings and involves a systematic and coordinated approach to improving practice. The use of QI techniques in the veterinary sector is gaining momentum; however, no sector specific, evidence-based QI model exists. This role offers a significant opportunity to transform the quality of veterinary care for better outcomes and more efficient and sustainable practice. You will be exposed to high-profile, influential stakeholders across veterinary organisations and practice groups, providing an ideal opportunity to build your professional networks while also raising your profile as an emerging leader for veterinary QI.
