Key Accountabilities
* Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, and utilities systems for all assets.
* Provide full operational support during start-ups, shutdowns, size changes, and troubleshooting process issues.
* Effectively carry out planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance while supporting fault finding and continuous improvement activities.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements, including BRC guidelines.
* Drive asset performance improvements to maximise value and reduce waste and costs.
* Take a proactive role in enhancing maintenance processes and adopting emerging technologies and techniques.
* Record and communicate hazards, risks, and near misses to maintain a safe working environment.
* Demonstrate ownership of GMP, HACCP, and food safety processes while striving for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
* Electrical knowledge and experience.
* Understanding of Lean maintenance and PPMs.
* Full knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
* Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance engineering environment.
