Are you a dedicated leader in children’s residential care looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a passionate Registered Manager to oversee a children’s EBD home in Barnsley, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people.
The Role:
* Lead the day-to-day management of a children’s residential home.
* Provide strong leadership and support to your staff team.
* Deliver child-centred, trauma-informed care that promotes positive outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
* Drive continuous improvement and work towards Good and Outstanding inspection outcomes.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
