We are working with a global law firm with an extensive international presence across key financial and commercial centres. The firm is recognised for its integrated finance practice, advising on a wide range of complex transactions across jurisdictions and sectors.
They are seeking an able and ambitious Finance Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience to join their London team.
Much of this role focuses on the financing of international real estate assets, operational real estate assets (including hotels, senior living and student accommodation), senior and mezzanine structures, and preferred equity lending. The team represents financial institutions, insurers, debt funds, as well as investors and sponsors.
Typical duties for the role will include:
* Transaction and document management across finance matters.
* Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation.
* Supporting on complex financing transactions.
* Managing client relationships and contributing to client delivery.
* Participating in negotiation processes and deal execution.
* Contributing to business development activities.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
* Experience working on finance transactions.
* Strong drafting and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
* A client-focused approach.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
