Job Overview
Provide support to plant and equipment across the client building’s mechanical and electrical systems.
Main Duties
* Maintain plant and equipment associated with the client building’s mechanical and electrical system.
* Ensure all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.
* Maintain a high quality service.
* Manage workload and prioritise the work schedule.
* Complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
* Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies.
* Attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
* Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
* Self‑manage the work with a strong Health and Safety attitude.
* Work on shift rotation: 4 on 4 off.
What We Are Looking For
* Qualified engineering background – C & G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification.
* Proactive and self‑motivated.
* Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
* Good IT skills, including understanding of CAFM.
* A challenging and inquisitive mindset.
