We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Care Navigator to join our friendly team within the West Highland Medical Group. The post is based in Acharacle, however, there will be a requirement to travel between all our branch sites as required.
The postholder will undertake general office duties including computer skills, filing and answering the telephone and those particular to working in General Practice e.g. using an appointments system, processing prescriptions, workflowing paper and electronic mail to patient medical records.
Previous experience working within General Practice is desirable but not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate.
A high level of concentration and accuracy is required which can be made difficult coping with many interruptions whilst carrying out each task. Maintaining confidentiality at all times is essential. A friendly manner is also essential.
You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and will play a key role in implementing the Practice goals.
