Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly motivated Rural Estate Administrator to support our work with private and institutional clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate, inquisitive, highly organised, and eager to develop their career while adding real value to the team. As first point of contact you are liaising with clients, tenants, colleagues and contractors, relating to rent demands, client invoicing, maintenance and insurance. Accurate and timely maintenance of property databases and records is essential.

Team Overview


Savills’ Rural Management team provides trusted, specialist advice across a wide range of rural matters, including property and estate management, valuation, infrastructure, and strategic land consultancy. Our clients range from private landowners and farming families to major institutional landowners, giving our team exposure to a rich variety of estate types, management challenges and long term projects.

At our Petworth office, you'll join a thriving Rural Management team of more than twenty dedicated professionals. Each person brings their own expertise, and we work collaboratively to deliver the highest standard of service and outcomes for our clients. Petworth is a genuinely multidisciplinary office, home not only to our rural management specialists but also professionals in forestry, arboriculture, building surveying, estate agency, lettings and valuation consultancy. This provides day to day access to valuable cross departmental insights and creates a rounded, supportive environment to build your knowledge.
