Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Customer Services representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess exceptional customer relationship skills. This role involves taking and processing orders, managing invoicing and payments, handling customer complaints and engaging in tele sales activities. Undertaking administrative duties and managing correspondence between sales and clients within the Education, Business and Industry Sector. Duties & Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will be to communicate with existing customers to take and process orders on to the CRM ordering system, monitoring the progress of the order through to delivery. You will also be required to undertake reception duties, all whilst offering a high level of Customer Service.
* Take customer orders.
* Prepare 'Delivery Notes' and 'Take Out' forms.
* Describe the benefits of products and any special offers to clients.
* Liaise Sales Representatives & necessary departments within the Company to ensure effective order processing.
* Running sales reports.
* Upselling to customers in line with special offers and promotional calendars.
* General administration duties.
* Greet visitors and complete relevant signing in paperwork.
* Oversee cash sales.
* Answer incoming calls, ensuring to redirect to the relevant person.
* Order and monitor stationary supplies.
* Book in deliveries.
* Support your Manager by completing any reasonable tasks requested by them.
Skills & Experience:
* Customer Service Level 2 (Desirable)
* 1+ year experience in a sales / customer service role.
* Experience in an office & customer service environment.
* Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, hard working and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions clearly & concise.
* Ability to prioritize workload.
* Computer literate.
You will be located at our Head Office in Aldridge, West Midlands.
