We are looking for a proactive and passionate Change and Development Officer to support the improvement and development of the housing service. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key supporting role in a forward-thinking team, helping to improve systems, processes, and staff experience, all with the goal of delivering better outcomes for our residents.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide hands-on support to housing staff, helping them navigate systems and adopt new ways of working.
* Spot patterns in training needs and system issues and escalate where improvements are needed.
* Coordinate and manage open cases with system suppliers, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
* Support the development of subject matter experts across housing teams.
* Track project progress, risks, and dependencies to keep change initiatives on course.
* Build strong working relationships with colleagues across housing, ICT, and service delivery.
* Assist the Change and Development Manager in planning and rolling out system enhancements and service improvements.
What You'll Bring
* A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for spotting inefficiencies and opportunities.
* Confidence in supporting staff through change, with a focus on user experience.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Comfortable working with systems and data, and the ability to translate technical issues into practical solutions.
* Experience in housing services, project coordination, or change support is desirable but if you're eager to learn, we'll support your development.
