We are delighted to offer a new opportunity for a Entry into Service (EIS) Team Leader to join our Integrated Service in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to ensure the service responds effectively to local need and delivers the greatest possible impact for individuals, families and communities.

Hours Full time, 37.5 per week

Contract Type Fixed Term until the 31st of March 2027

As the Entry into Service (EIS) Team Leader, you will oversee the critical starting point of individuals' recovery journey with our service. Your role is to ensure that assessments are conducted promptly and effectively, emphasising the importance of engaging individuals and providing interventions tailored to their needs. You will lead the team, monitoring caseload allocation, and supporting the Project Manager in maintaining adherence to the agreed delivery plan.

Collaborating closely with key partner agencies and subcontractors, you will streamline the operational aspects of EIS provision, facilitating a seamless transition into our service. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the team and ensuring the efficient delivery of assessments, setting the foundation for individuals' recovery journeys.

About the role

* Oversee the operational aspects of the Entry into Service component within the Service, ensuring its seamless and effective running.
* Improving the Entry into Service (EIS) provision for individuals accessing treatment by ensuring that the service is delivered in a professional, friendly, and informative manner, tailored to each individual's unique needs.
* Supervise the EIS Workers and collaborate with the project managers to ensure the of service provision objectives are met.
* Coordinate and organise training sessions for staff to ensure the implementation of trauma-informed service delivery and the application of Motivational Interviewing techniques during assessments.
* Establish and nurture partnerships with relevant agencies and services across the Service.
* Participate in relevant multi-disciplinary meetings, developing connections with health and social care services, housing providers, peer support networks, community assets, and mutual aid groups to ensure that EIS delivers a holistic wrap-around assessment and service.
* Enhance partnership working with primary care, mental health services, housing, and other voluntary organisations supporting individuals accessing our service.
* Utilise both existing and emerging networks and pathways to facilitate support from strategic partnerships and other providers, ensuring that the diverse needs of service users are effectively met.

About you

* Experience of working with Adults experiencing difficulties around Substance misuse.
* Excellent knowledge of drugs and alcohol and their effects.
* Line management experience including the delivery of reflective practice.
* The ability to lead, empower and motivate a team.
* Excellent knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices and experience of embedding these operationally.
* Knowledge of a range of psychosocial and evidence-based interventions around substance misuse.
* Ability to ensure all record keeping, outcome monitoring and data collection is maintained effectively.
* Experience in delivering training to staff and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with local services and relevant interventions that enable the team to support and sustain recovery.
* Experience in managing and supervising a multi-disciplinary team.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
