JDRoss are supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM business analyst. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, established organization with over 20 years of experience.
You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
* Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
* Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
* Provide advice and guidance to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders.
* Plan and scope requirements for large initiatives.
* In-depth knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
* Advise on techniques and influence stakeholders.
* Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
