A growing residential property services company is seeking experienced Property Handover Cleaners to assist with move-out cleaning appointments across residential homes and apartments. The role involves carrying out detailed cleans after tenants vacate properties, ensuring homes are ready for inspections and new occupants. Duties include: Deep cleaning vacant residential properties Cleaning kitchens, ovens, cupboards, and internal surfaces Bathroom sanitising, descaling, and mould removal Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring Preparing properties to professional handover standards Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience Ability to work independently and efficiently Own cleaning equipment and supplies required Reliable transport essential Ability to communicate clearly in English Additional Information: Work is mainly available on weekdays Most bookings last between 4–8 hours depending on property size Occasional weekend work may be offered Pay rate: £15 per hour
