Typically they specialise in major shell and core projects in sectors such as; commercial offices, healthcare, pharmaceutical and education. Role: Electrical Supervisor LV/AP – London – Salary £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Full Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus
The successful candidate will be working on a refurbishment of a commercial office block in London.
Role/Responsibilities:
· Management of subcontractor labour
· Attend site meetings
· Progress reports
· Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFI’s, etc.
· Health and safety
· Review and amend RAMS
· Red pen design reviews
· Snagging
· Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project
The ideal candidate:
· A minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role
· Ideally the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Multiplex, Mace and Kier.
· The candidate will show longevity in previous employment
· Must be technically astute and a good people manager
· Has their LV/AP ticket
