Project Manager – IT Services / MSP Projects
Overview
This Project Manager position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. You’ll be working across multiple IT projects, coordinating resources, managing communication between technical teams and stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the delivery function.
Project Manager Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion.
* Build and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
* Manage resource and capacity planning across technical delivery teams.
* Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and senior management.
* Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
* Oversee project change management processes.
* Produce weekly project reports and updates for leadership.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and champion best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within an IT Services or Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Confident in fast-paced technical environments, comfortable managing changing priorities.
* Able to hit the ground running and bring fresh ideas to project delivery.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or service delivery projects is advantageous.
