Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting young people with SEND and helping their families navigate key steps to start their educational journey at The Sheiling Ringwood? We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Transitions & Referrals Officer to join our team.
In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, families and Local Authority professionals, promoting the Sheiling locally and nationally, manage the full referrals and admissions process and support young people as they plan for adulthood. You’ll collaborate with Local Authorities, partner organisations and internal teams to ensure a smooth, person‑centred experience from enquiry to admission and transition.
