We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact between our Relationship Managers, the Bank, and a designated portfolio of clients, delivering the highest standard of client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating client instructions.
Managing the end-to-end process of deposits and payments, foreign exchange, securities transactions and corporate actions.
Delivering a highly personalised service through proactive client engagement.
Preparing account opening documentation.
Resolving issues in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and onboarding team.
Ensuring client accounts are maintained to meet group minimum standards
Supporting the Relationship Manager in monitoring transactional activity and addressing remediation requirements.
Assisting in client periodic reviews.
