Job Description
We have a supported living home where 7 tenants reside. They are non-ambulant and non-verbal with complex health conditions, supported by health professionals. We seek support workers who are kind, caring, compassionate, and committed to a safe, inclusive environment. Responsibilities include manual handling, mealtime management, medication, money handling, attending health appointments, and supporting indoor and outdoor activities such as sensory sessions, arts and crafts, community outings, and holidays. Tenants have tenancy agreements, and we tailor support to individual needs, empowering independence and enriching lives.
