About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is required, and IT skills are preferred. You should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Your responsibilities include ensuring our residents live in a well-maintained environment through proactive inspections, audits, and record keeping. Tasks may include replacing taps or mixer valves, fitting extractor fans, repairing timber on windows, or decorating spaces, always with kindness and professionalism.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their roles and undertake additional training as needed.
