THE POSITION
In this role you will have the opportunity to execute industry leading campaigns, whilst also being encouraged to support your customers with tailored solutions that benefit the horse, owner and veterinary surgeon.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve sales targets on assigned territory, assessed on an annual and quarterly basis.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, develop business relationships, and promote the company, its products and activities within the territory and at key industry events
• Analyse sales data, territory market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and monitor performance.
• Create territory business plans that bring value to all stakeholders
• Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of Boehringer Ingelheim products and disease areas
• Adhere to all aspects of Boehringer’s internal standards, policies and regulatory/industry codes eg. NOAH/APHA
• Collaborate effectively within the equine sales team and the wider business to share insights and work on cross-functional projects
REQUIREMENTS
• Essential educated to degree level or equivalent (level 6 qualification)
• Essential business to business sales experience
• Essential equine industry knowledge
• Essential highly ambitious and motivated
• Desired commercial acumen, data analysis and strategic business planning skills
• Desired strong ability to communicate and influence
• Desired ability to work both autonomously and within wider teams
