About the role Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance & Corporate Services, you’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance, quality, and development of Citrus Energy’s operational services. You’ll lead teams, optimise processes, oversee pricing and performance, and ensure our services are customer‑centred, compliant, and financially sustainable. This is a senior, hands‑on role with real influence – blending people leadership, commercial awareness, and social purpose.
