Key Responsibilities
* Managing the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land (private treaty and auction)
* Drafting and advising on deeds of easement and overage agreements
* Providing non-contentious farm tenancy advice
* Collaborating with colleagues in private client, commercial property, and company commercial teams
* Attending networking events and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
* Minimum 2 years PQE with solid transactional property experience
* Knowledge of agricultural property law (desirable but not essential)
* Strong commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive team player with an innovative mindset
