Lead CRM Campaign Manager
Manchester, United Kingdom – Hybrid (split time between home and office).
Base pay range: £50,000 to £59,000 + benefits.
About the role
Shape and execute a year‑long CRM strategy across direct channels – email, direct mail, SMS, app, and social – to drive commercial and community goals. Build customer journeys that feel personal and engaging, develop audience targeting frameworks, analyse data to make decisions, budget allocation recommendations, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Build an annual CRM plan aligned with commercial and community objectives.
* Design seamless customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Create frameworks for audience targeting, messaging and testing.
* Identify data and insights needed for smarter decisions.
* Recommend budget allocation across audiences and channels.
* Work closely with business units and stakeholders to bring plans to life.
* Champion CRM across the business, demonstrating its value.
Qualifications
* CRM experience with a strong understanding of marketing tech platforms.
* Experience across multiple channels (email, SMS, app, direct mail).
* Data‑driven decision making with clear recommendations.
* Strategic mindset and planning ahead.
* Commercial awareness and P&L understanding.
* Excellent relationship building and confidence in cross‑functional work.
