🔍 Job Title: Data Engineer (SSIS)
📍 Location: Caerphilly – Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
💰 Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
We’re hiring a Data Engineer with at least 2 years of commercial experience to join a growing team based in Caerphilly. This is a great opportunity to work on end-to-end data pipelines in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS
* Write efficient and reliable SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
* Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability
* Support data quality and integrity across platforms
✅ Essential Skills:
* Strong experience with SQL
* Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines with SSIS
* Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
🌟 Nice to Have:
* Experience with Python for data manipulation
* Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
* Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/visualisation tools
