A PE-backed client calls asking for an Interim CTO to lead a £20m ERP transformation.
Day rate £1,200. Six-month mandate.
This business gets those calls regularly.
They just don’t yet have a dedicated tech specialist to service them.
They’ve spent 15 years placing CFOs and Finance Directors.
85+ active C-suite clients. 12 PE houses. Strong board-level relationships.
Now they need someone to build and own their senior interim tech practice.
Interim CTOs. Heads of Data. Cyber Security Directors.
ERP and transformation programmes. Day rates £500-£1,500.

The role
• Originate and deliver senior interim tech mandates
• Convert existing finance relationships into tech work
• Full autonomy over your market
• Scope to build a team as it scales
The package
• £70-80k base (flexible for the right person)
• Year 1: 10 percent commission on all revenue, no thresholds
• Year 2+: up to 30 percent for top performers
• Equity available for people who build something meaningful
