Full-time | 12 month contract ( Mat Leave ) - ON SITE ROLE | Winnersh, Berkshire
Ready to bring great ideas to life? We're looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator or Assistant to join our UK & Ireland Marketing team. You'll play a key role in planning and delivering outstanding marketing events, tradeshows, and internal programmes that make a real impact.
What you'll do
Coordinate and deliver marketing events across the UK & Ireland.
Handle logistics - from venue selection and booth setup to supplier management and travel.
Manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships.
Support compliance processes for healthcare professionals and organisations.
Oversee mobile demo and simulator bookings.
Track event performance and contribute to continuous improvement.What you'll bring
Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or event management.
2-4 years of event or tradeshow experience, ideally within healthcare or technology.
Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
Confident with MS Office and comfortable working cross-functionally.
Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented with a "can-do" mindset.The details
Based in Winnersh, Berkshire, with a hybrid schedule (3 days office-based).
