Convenience Store Manager - Coleraine & Randalstown
Kenny's Foodfareis looking to employ Store Managers for our Randalstown and newly renovated/ expanded Coleraine store. Kenny's continues to grow with an ongoing programme of renovation and new stores. We are looking for additional managers to be part of this exciting growth
Our management roles are day shift hours, with no late nights (5 days per week across a 7 day rota).
Your role will be to manage a store team to provide a quality offering to all our customers.
Our Kennys Store Managers are an integral part of the success of Kenny's Foodfare. We pride ourselves in our service of our local communities by putting our customers first.
Your main duties will include:
Ensuring store profitability through effective management of sales, margin and costs
Organising and managing daily stock, deliveries and pricing
Training and developing store staff
Increasing sales and customer loyalty through the provision of an exciting store offering for our customers
- Leading your team to ensure a high level of store standards
Applicants must demonstrate on their CV the following criteria:
Retail Store Management or Team Leader experience in a fast paced, store environment (preferable convenience store)
Experience in managing and organising a team
A good working knowledge of convenience store departments (fresh, chilled, ambient and frozen) including ordering; stock control, margin, management and merchandising.
Achievement of KPIs / targets in your previous role(s)
